Every accident LTA reports, mapped and made honest.
A continuously collected map of traffic incidents published through LTA’s feed. It shows what was reported, when it was reported, and how precisely each location is known — nothing added, nothing implied.
A decade of reports, rebuilt each day. Brighter roads carried more reports; the map never claims a spot the source didn’t give.
A faithful record of what was published — not a verdict.
Each mark is an incident LTA published through its feed, with its update messages combined into a single event. It is a record of the report, not a verified account of the collision. Where the feed gave a coordinate, the point is exact and blue; where it only named a road, the whole road is shown in amber.
Two sources, kept visibly apart.
The live feed and the historical backfill carry very different guarantees, so they are never blended into one confident-looking layer.
Precision is labelled, coverage is measured.
Report time is when LTA published the message, never assumed to be the collision time. Location precision is carried in the shape of the mark, so it reads in greyscale and never fakes a point it doesn’t have. Gaps are counted against expected five-minute slots, so “we saw everything” and “we saw what we could” are never quietly conflated.
